LEAD EDGE Feeder Unit1.Machine clutch- 1) The electric control unit is separated and attached with an alarm bell, and a bell alarm is held to ensure the safety of staff.
- 2) Pneumatic interlocking device is adopted between each unit, which is firmly locked, convenient and accurate.
- 3) Each unit is equipped with an opening and closing and locking button switch, which can realize the opening and closing and locking of any unit, making operation easier, more convenient and faster.
- 4) The clutch drive shaft of the unit is equipped with a friction clutch to avoid misoperation and damage to the machine.
- 5) Install the overall locking mechanism of the unit to ensure that the machine is stable and accurate when the machine is speed-adjusted.
- 6) Self-locking function of the host.When the unit is not fully locked, the host cannot start to ensure the safety of the operator and the machine.Under the normal working condition of the host, the clutch function of the unit is automatically locked and does not work, so as to avoid misoperation. 2. Leading edge paper feeding system- 1) The leading edge paper feed selects six rows of shafts to make the large cardboard more stable. It can transport rigid thin cardboard and e-flute three-layer board.
- 2) The high-pressure centrifugal fan sucks air to assist paper feeding. It can adjust the air volume according to the degree of bending of the cardboard to ensure smooth paper supply.
- 3) The left and right positions of the side fence are electrically adjusted, driven by a motor and a screw.
- 4) The upper and lower gaps of the front bezel are manually adjusted synchronously, and there is an automatic locking device, which is automatically locked after adjustment.
- 5) The position of the tailgate is electrically adjusted, which is simple and fast.
- 6) Separate sheet feeding device (continuous or separated sheet feeding can be selected according to needs) to determine the processing of large-size cardboard.
- 7) The planned production quantity can be set. When the plan is completed, the system automatically instructs to stop paper feeding and issues a warning signal. The paper feeding department is equipped with a PLC and a 10-inch color touch screen to display the phase settings of the printing, grooving, and die cutting sections, and You can set and display the production quantity and alarm to the order.
3.Dust collection device- 1) Brush dust removal device can remove dust on the surface of cardboard and improve the quality of printing plate.
- 2) A dust suction fan is installed to remove fine dust and other debris on the cardboard to determine the printing quality of the cardboard.
4.Feeding roller- 1) The paper feeding upper roller is a rubber roller (φ165mm).
- 2) The paper feeding upper roller uses seamless steel rollers to cover the wear-resistant rubber and perform dynamic balance correction, which can play an elastic buffering role and avoid crushing cardboard and mishandling waste.
- 3) The surface of the paper feeding rubber shaft is provided with grooves to minimize the pressure and avoid destroying the corrugated strength of the cardboard.
- 4) The paper feed lower roller adopts surface knurled steel roller, hard chrome plating, and dynamic balance correction to increase paper feed friction.
