At the same time, turn on the counting stacking switch to confirm the operation, and then turn on the paper feed switch to confirm whether the paper feed belt is running. After confirming that the whole machine is running well, close the switch, open the air valve, and operate in the following order.Cardboard positioning1. Fold the cardboard to be nailed first, align the nailed part on the paper supply belt, center it, and open the cardboard after the exhibition, stick the right board to the right of the cardboard, and also lean the left board over.2. Use the left and right movement switches to move the left and right creasing wheels to the center of the left and right creasing grooves of the cardboard.3. Move the paper feed belt to an appropriate position and distribute the belt evenly.4. Move the left and right front bezels over the appropriate belts on the left and right sides. Be careful not to place them in the crimping groove to prevent deviation.5. The gap between the front bezel and the cardboard is generally higher than one third of the thickness of the cardboard.6. Adjust the paper supply bracket. Generally, the angle does not need to be changed. Adjust the front-to-back distance so that the cardboard is hung on the lower end of the inclined plate to minimize the angle between the belt and the cardboard.Handling precautions1) When adjusting the left and right widths, pay special attention to the extreme positions on the inside and the outside. Turn the switch off when the limit is reached to avoid burning the gear reduction motor.2) All the belts on the machine must not be adjusted too tightly. This will cause the belt connection parts to come off or shorten the service life.
